As we crossed the threshold into 2023, I set a goal for myself. After years of creating short films for brands and organizations, I wanted to venture into the music space and merge the cinematic storytelling I'm known for with the powerful language of music. Little did I know, a call would soon come that would bring this dream to fruition.

It was a voyage into the heart of a mesmerizing art exhibit, 'Mariposa Relámpago' by Guadalupe Maravilla, currently on display at the Institute of Contemporary Art, Boston and curated by Ruth Erickson. As the creator, alongside Kris Wilton, of the introduction video for this exhibit, I had the unique opportunity to delve deep into the essence of Maravilla's work and bring it to life through the lens of my camera.
